CANCELLATION POLICY

Except for non-refundable rooms, a reservation may be cancelled 30 days before the arrival date with no penalty.   If reservation is cancelled between 7-30 days from the day of arrival, the payment for the room charges will be converted to a credit that can be used within a year from the date of cancellation.   If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days from day of arrival (including no-shows), travelers are charged 100% of the booking amount.   Reservations made within 72 hours before check in date will not incur cancellation charges if cancellation is made within 24 hours after the initial booking.  

NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM

If booking a non-refundable room, cancellation at any time will result in full payment forfeit.  

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. on the date of the arrival. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. on the date of departure. Failure to vacate on time may result in additional charges at the discretion of resort management.  

PARKING

We believe that everyone is a VIP here. We exclusively offer valet parking. Overnight valet parking is $30 per vehicle which includes valet and bellman service throughout your stay. Day Parking is $20 per vehicle.  

AGE LIMITATIONS

A government issued photo ID is required for check-in. At least one guest in every room must be 18 years of age or older.

PRIVACY POLICY

Except as provided in our website Privacy Policy, the Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club will not share or sell your information to a third party. Any personal information collected will only be utilized to customize your stay and make you most comfortable while enjoying your getaway.  

SMOKING POLICY

Cottages and Bungalows at Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club are non-smoking. Designated smoking locations are available. See also "Cleaning Fee" section.  

PET POLICY

Accommodation at Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club are dog-friendly for a $185 flat rate fee per stay up to 2 dogs. Additional fee of $50 for succeeding pet, maximum of 4 in total. Dogs must always be on a leash when in public areas and may not be left unattended in cottages or bungalows. By bringing your dog, you understand that Housekeeping may not service your room during your stay, unless otherwise arranged with your Guest Service Ambassador. See also "Cleaning Fee" section.  

CLEANING FEE

Smoking in-room or excessive damage (whether by human or pet) will result in a non-refundable $1000 cleaning fee.  

MISSING ITEMS

Charges may apply for Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club property missing from Cottages or Bungalow after departure. This includes, but is not limited to furniture, artwork, robes, towels, decor, linens, pillows, and electronics. Price is at discretion of resort management.
