What is considered a block and what is your policy on block booking?
A Room Block is any group booking of a minimum of 5 or more rooms with a maximum of 10 rooms. Room Blocks are eligible for up to a 15% discount per room if you are getting married at Calamigos Ranch or Cielo within the room block. Weekend or Holiday Room Blocks between the periods of May 1st – November 1st require a two-night minimum stay (All Holiday’s require 2 Night minimum stay). The discount is only eligible for up to 10 rooms. After the rooms left in the room block expire guests are no longer eligible for the 15% discount.

Your guests will be responsible for paying for their own rooms and must reserve their room prior to 60 days before your event. Any rooms not reserved 60 days prior to your arrival date will be automatically released by our system back into general inventory. Guests may only block a room type that is within your room block. If a guest desires a different room type other than what is in your block they must book a regular reservation.
A reservation may be canceled by your guest 30 days before the arrival date with no penalty to your guest and their deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in deposit forfeit to your guest.
